Hyamax® MESO MELANO is a professional mesococktail for correcting hyperpigmentation on the face and body. It is based on tranexamic acid, one of the most effective modern agents against pigment spots. The product reduces existing pigmentation, prevents new spots from forming and also helps manage redness caused by superficial blood vessels. The skin becomes lighter and more even in tone and gains a healthy radiance.
Composition
- Tranexamic acid
- Water for injection
How it works
Tranexamic acid acts on the pigment formation process itself: it blocks the conversion of tyrosine into melanin by the enzyme tyrosinase and promotes the breakdown of melanin already accumulated in the skin. As a result, pigment spots gradually fade and new ones appear less often. In addition, tranexamic acid reduces the intensity of redness associated with superficial blood vessels.
Indications
- Hyperpigmentation on the face and body
- Persistent pigment spots
- Melasma and chloasma
- Post-acne and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
- Age spots, signs of photoageing
- Redness and vascular erythema

How to use
The procedure is performed only by a specialist (aesthetic physician) in a treatment room, as a course. The product is used in the mesotherapy technique, as well as with microneedling, dermapen or mesoroller. The number of procedures and the interval between them are selected individually depending on the type and severity of pigmentation. A consultation and antiseptic skin preparation are carried out before the procedure.
